Shipping & Handling
With busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), might extend a few days longer.

Our shipping methods are as follows: 4PX, Wanb Express, YunExpress, UBI. For all shipping methods, the cost is $4,99.
Does ICS have free shipping?
You will be entitled to free shipping whenever your order is over $30. In all cases processing time is 3-7 days.
Important observations:
1. When your order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
2. The specified time frame is only valid for orders being shipped to the mentioned countries using standard shipping methods.
3. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and hope that in the near future we can all live in harmony.
4. Most of our orders are typically processed and dispatched within the indicated timeframe mentioned above. Nevertheless, it's important to note that the timeframe provided is approximate and may vary on a case-by-case basis. Certain items or orders might necessitate a more extended preparation and/or delivery period.
5. For international orders: Customs processing may add extra days to the delivery time. Please be aware that we have no control over the customs procedure and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays resulting from it.
Tracking your order
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, enabling you to monitor the progress of your delivery right to your doorstep. Please allow 3-7 days for the shipping carrier to register your package in their system.
If you attempt to track your package and find no information available, it simply means that the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. As soon as your package is scanned into their system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
In the event that your order exceeds the estimated arrival date, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we'll be happy to assist you with any concerns.
Be very careful when entering the delivery address
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address during the checkout process, as we cannot assume responsibility if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.
If you reach out to the final-mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse to request parcel forwarding or redirection, please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any potential loss, theft, or damage to the package.
